Life has so many colors, shapes and ways of persiving and understanding reality. I have made a choise and I know this is the beginning of something new.

I am a student at San Francisco State University. I am part of the Raza class given by a wonderful woman artist and professor, Maris Bustamante. As part of my final project I have chosen to present part of an art diary of an amazing artist and dear friend, Melissa Granillo. Melissa's art came to be during a transition and crucial moment in her life. Most of the art that I will show is being created in a period of silence, meditation/contemplation.
